Automatic Backups
Your data is automatically backed up:
- •Frequency — Backups run every 6 hours
- •Retention — Backups are retained for 30 days
- •Encryption — All backups are encrypted at rest
- •Geo-Redundancy — Backups are stored in multiple geographic locations
Manual Data Export
Create manual backups anytime:
- •Go to Settings → Data Management → Export
- •Select the data types to include
- •Choose your preferred format (JSON, CSV, or complete archive)
- •Download the export file to your local storage
Data Recovery
If you need to recover data:
- •Self-Service — Restore recently deleted items from the trash (30-day retention)
- •Admin Recovery — Organization admins can restore team data from backups
- •Support Recovery — Contact support for recovery from older backups
- •Disaster Recovery — Full system recovery available with an RTO of less than 4 hours
