This guide explains common error messages you may encounter and how to resolve them.

Authentication Errors
Login and authentication errors:
- •"Invalid credentials" — Double-check your email and password. Password is case-sensitive.
- •"Account suspended" — Your account has been suspended by an admin. Contact your organization administrator.
- •"Session expired" — Your session has timed out. Log in again to continue.
- •"Invalid verification code" — The OTP code you entered is incorrect or has expired. Request a new code.
Permission Errors
Access and permission errors:
- •"Access denied" — You don't have permission for this action. Contact your admin to request access.
- •"Insufficient permissions" — Your role doesn't include this capability. Ask your admin to update your role.
- •"Project access restricted" — You're not a member of this project. Request access from the project owner.
Data & Sync Errors
Data-related errors:
- •"Network error" — Check your internet connection and try again.
- •"Sync failed" — Data couldn't be synced. Changes are saved locally and will sync when connection is restored.
- •"Export failed" — The data set may be too large. Try filtering to a smaller date range.
- •"Import error" — Check that your CSV file matches the required format. Download the template from the import page.
